In the current economic climate, donations of quality children's books would be greatly appreciated. However, due to the labor required to process books for use in the library collection, please understand that we may not be able to accept some donated items due to age, condition, or appropriateness. In those cases, books will either be offered to teachers for their classroom collections, or returned to the student. The following are general guidelines for donations:
Chapter Books

Recent and age appropriate.

Hardcover preferred, but popular paperbacks will be accepted for use in the collection.

Paperbacks in excellent condition, with no marks, might also be used as prizes in the 4th and 5th grade Ready, Set, Read! program.
