Volunteer Clearance Information

Fall Party & Dance       Information      Volunteer (TTSU)     
Description: The dance provides all Shaull students and their families to dress up in costumes and dance the night away. Volunteers are needed for planning, decorating and chaperoning the event.

Father Daughter Dance
Description: All Shaull girls may invite their dad, grandfather, uncle, guardian, or any special male adult to the dance with them. Volunteers are needed for planning, decorating and chaperoning the event.​

Father Son Event
Description: All Shaull boys may invite their dad, grandfather, uncle, guardian, or any special male adult to the event with them. Volunteers are needed for planning, decorating and chaperoning the event.

Fun Run      Information       T-Shirt Sizes/Donations      Schedule
Description: A major fundraising event where students & parents can participate in a walk/run during school hours. Volunteers are needed to track corporate and individual donations, get t-shirts for the event, promote the event, plan entertainment during the event and coordinate volunteers.

History Fair
Description: Students will participate in a school history fair where they can showcase their history projects. Volunteers are needed for planning, setup/cleanup and to judge the entries.

Holiday Club/Movie
Description: A night out for parents while students enjoy games, crafts or a movie at Shaull. Volunteers are needed to help plan and run the games, crafts, setup/clean up, provide snacks and select an appropriate movie.

Mother Daughter Event
Description: All Shaull girls may invite their mom, grandmother, aunt, guardian, or any special female adult to the event. Volunteers are needed for planning, decorating and chaperoning the event.

Mother Son Event
Description: All Shaull boys may invite their mom, grandmother, aunt, guardian, or any special female adult to the event. Volunteers are needed for planning, decorating and chaperoning the event.

Music in Our Schools
Students and family members are encouraged to celebrate "Music in our Schools Month" by singing or playing an instrument for the students during lunch in the school cafeteria. Volunteers are needed to help schedule the performers and assist during the lunchtime performances.

Read Across America
Description: The team will help organize the fun activities and the culminating assembly associated with the week, which promotes reading.

Room Parents for Parties     RP Guide
Description: Parents volunteer to take charge in organizing the Fall Festivals & Holiday classroom parties. Contact your child's head room parent to volunteer.

Science Fair
Description: Students will participate in a school science fair where they can showcase their science projects. Volunteers are needed for planning, setup/cleanup and to judge the entries.

Shaull Fair
Description: Our spring fair requires a lot of volunteers. At least two chairpersons are needed for this event. There are also several subcommittees that help with the school fair. We will need help with the following subcommittees: Raffle Baskets, Tickets, Food, Sweet Shop, Volunteers (organizing), Games, Prizes, Set Up, and Clean Up. This is one of the only two opportunities we have to raise funds for PTO.

Spirit Wear Sale 
Description: Sports wear for sale online only during one week in the fall. Families have a choice of Shaull or CV logo. Volunteers are needed for organizing sale through vendor, inventory choices and communications to Shaull families.

Talent Show
Description: Students will showcase their talents during an after school event. Volunteers are needed for set design, organizing auditions, setup/cleanup, back stage help, and concessions.
